I recently started using the Monash FODMAP Diet app and it's been a game-changer for my IBS symptoms. The traffic light system for foods makes it easy to know what to eat and what to avoid. The recipe section has some delicious low FODMAP options that are actually tasty! The only downside is that the shopping list feature could be more user-friendly, but overall it's an excellent tool for anyone following the FODMAP diet.
